Return & Refund Policy

At Pure Meal Prep SD, we’re committed to delivering fresh, chef-crafted meals that you’ll love.

If there’s an issue with your order—such as a missing item, incorrect meal, or a quality concern—please reach out to us within 7 days after your delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a credit, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

To report an issue, email us at puremealprepsd@gmail.com with your name, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

Subscription Orders

Meal plans for subscribers renew weekly. If you need to skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription, changes must be made by Thursday at 4 PM (PST) before your scheduled Sunday or Monday delivery.

Cancellations or skips made after the Thursday 4 PM cutoff are subject to a service fee, as ingredients will already be in the process of being sourced and prepared.
