You now have TWO easy ways to heat your meals:

  • Microwave Heating:

    1. Partially peel back the film on the container.
    2. Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes to steam.
    3. Optional: you can remove any small sauce containers before heating.
    4. Let the meal cool in the microwave for 20 seconds, then enjoy!
  • Oven Heating:

    1. Remove all stickers, sauce containers, and film.
    2. Place the oven-safe container on a baking tray.
    3. Heat at 300°F for 7–9 minutes.
    4. Let cool for 30 seconds, then enjoy!
