Brett & Cassie Dudley

Meet Brett and Cassie Dudley, the founders and co-owners of ‘Pure Meal Prep San Diego’ a husband and wife duo. They have cooked up a fresh organic, gourmet Food Concept designed for healthy foodies! They met in 2016 while working at two well-known restaurants in San Diego, with Cassie as the restaurant manager and Brett as the Chef with unleashed creativity. The two of them fell in love over their passion for delicious, well-prepared, healthy, gourmet foods and their commitment to making a difference in their community.

They founded Pure Meal Prep in 2018 to answer their calling to provide Chef-curated, healthy organic gourmet meals delivered to your doorstep every week. Brett is the Executive Chef of Pure Meal Prep, and Cassie is the Director of Marketing and Operations, leading the way by providing concierge-level service to all of their clientele. Together, the two hand-selected the Pure Meal Prep Dream Team, composed of fine-dining chefs and a dedicated client relations representative.

Edgar is well known in the restaurant community, with nine years of experience cooking at many of our successful restaurant destinations in San Diego. He brings a legacy of cooking, family tradition, and leadership to our team.

Jorge Gijon

Jorge graduated from UCSD with a Political Science Degree and will start law school in the coming year. Jorge manages your dietary restriction needs ensuring seamless delivery of your custom orders every week.

Client Relations Manager
Terri Rodi

Terri is the voice behind the phone, managing client relations and providing you with concierge-level service. Terri brings an impressive background in the restaurant industry and customer service.

Packaging Lead
Joe Da Luz

Joe is Brett’s cousin and a graduate of Georgetown University. He is currently studying for his Master’s Degree at San Diego State. Joe brings creativity and high-quality control standards to our plating and packaging processes, ensuring fresh and aesthetically pleasing dishes are delivered to you each week.

Isidro Ruperto De la Cruz

Isidro is recognized in the San Diego restaurant community with twenty years of experience in many of our more successful eateries in San Diego. Isidro brings two decades of knowledge with a joy and passion for cooking that lights up our kitchen with laughter.

Maria Hernandez

Maria makes certain all health codes and kitchen cleanliness policies are adhered to and ensures the smooth running of our kitchen. We affectionately know her as the ‘Our Kitchen Mom.’

Elder’s background as a Chef includes working with many of our award-winning restaurants here in San Diego. He brings a sense of joy, pride, and a high standard of quality to our kitchen.

Taylor Barragan

Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her extensive background in marketing for many well-known food brands. Her passion for giving back to the community shines through in her role as the head of our donation program.

Kevin is a Cal State San Marcos graduate. His expert knowledge and experience as a Delivery Manager ensure that on-time and fresh organic gourmet meals are delivered to your doorstep every week.

Marisza Gonzalez

Marisza, a student in her final year at SDSU, is an absolute joy to have on our team. Her exceptional organizational skills ensure that all our orders are perfectly sorted and delivered to our customers' doors. Marisza's dedication is unmatched, as she shows up bright and early every Sunday morning to make sure everything runs smoothly. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and commitment.

Anthony Elias

Anthony is a great addition to our team, bringing both skill and heart to Pure Meal Prep. As childhood best friends, Chef Brett and Anthony share a deep bond that enriches our kitchen. Recently, Anthony discovered a new passion for cooking and started his own dog food company, Pooches Kitchen, which operates out of our kitchen on our off days. Pooches Kitchen is all about providing organic, delicious meals for our beloved furry friends.

Jesse, an SDSU graduate with a Bachelor's in English: Creative Editing & Publishing, is a true joy to have on our team. His diligence and thoroughness in handling deliveries ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Jesse's dedication and positive attitude make a significant impact, and we are thrilled to have him as part of the Pure Meal Prep family.
