Brett & Cassie Dudley
Pure Meal Prep was founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Brett and Cassie Dudley, combining over three decades of experience in the hospitality and culinary industries.
Cassie brings 16 years of experience in restaurant management, operations, and guest relations. With a background leading high-performing restaurant teams in San Diego, she built Pure Meal Prep’s operational foundation, marketing strategy, and concierge-level client experience. Her expertise ensures every detail — from menu launches to doorstep delivery — reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
Brett, Executive Chef and Co-Owner, brings 17 years of professional culinary experience, including fine-dining and high-volume kitchen leadership. Known for his creativity and discipline in the kitchen, Brett designs chef-curated, seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients. His approach blends elevated flavors with balanced nutrition — redefining what meal prep can be.
The two met in 2016 while working in prominent San Diego restaurants — Cassie in management and Brett as Executive Chef. Their shared passion for hospitality, community, and exceptional food led them to build something of their own.
What began as a vision to deliver healthier meals to their local community has grown into one of San Diego’s most recognized chef-driven meal delivery companies. Today, Pure Meal Prep produces thousands of meals weekly, supported by a team of fine-dining chefs, culinary professionals, and a dedicated operations and delivery team.
