Our Healthy Lifestyle Meal Plan is specifically designed for the individual who want a healthy lifestyle, including foods with high-quality fresh organic ingredients, just the right portions, and delectable taste. We believe that eating well & staying healthy is a lifestyle choice.

– 1 cup of smart carbs.
Each meal contains 400-550 calories.

Our meals are crafted with the highest quality ingredients to ensure a healthy set of meals for your goals. Using only fresh organic produce, top of the line USDA Prime beef, free-range chicken, and wild-caught seafood to finely prepare each meal. Paired with our team of fine dining trained chefs, we ensure that your meals remain healthy & delicious at every step of the process.
All our ingredients produce and meats are never frozen and only prepared freshly every week to provide a delicious taste with every bite. Combined with our advanced packaging each meal lasts for 7 days of freshness when placed in a refrigerator at or below 42 degrees.
RECYCLABLE & RENEWABLE
ALL of our packaging comes in environmentally friendly material. Each meal is packaged in a fully recyclable, BPA-free container, that is reusable, microwaveable, and dishwasher safe, but most importantly recyclable. During transportation, we package the meals in reusable thermal insulated bags to ensure a cool meal while also allowing us to reuse the bags for future deliveries.
For every meal plan purchased, we donate one meal to someone who is in need every week. We are and were heartbroken to see friends, and family members, those in our community losing their jobs all around us and for the first time having to worry about how they are going to put food on the table. We want to do our part in helping those who have lost their jobs due to COVID-19, and to those that are working the front lines, as nurses, doctors, and essential workers. Together we have been able to donate over 6,500 meals back to our community and each week it is growing! Thank you!
