It might be tough for you to know if meal prep is the right switch for you. We understand that it can be tough and you may have some questions about the food and service we provide. We’ve created a collection of some of our most common questions and split them into four sections:

Delivery
Place your order by Thursday at 4 pm and we deliver your freshly prepared meals on Sunday right to your door. Your meals will come in a custom cooler bag with two ice packs to help keep them fresh. Your driver will send you an automated text 30 minutes prior to arrival. There is also a link within the text to track your driver’s location live.
You will receive an automated text on Saturday morning alerting you of your one-hour delivery window for Sunday. Our driver will text you 30 minutes prior to the delivery on Sunday morning to keep you updated of the status. There is a link within the text to track your driver’s location live.
We deliver all over San Diego county in our commercial refrigerated vans to keep your meals at optimal freshness. From Chula Vista to Fallbrook and from Carlsbad to Ramona.
Our chef-crafted meals are delivered to you fresh and never frozen in one of our refrigerator vans with ice packs and a custom cooler bag. We recommend placing your meals inside your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain optimal freshness.
Meals
Yes, there is a five-item menu so if you were to order the 10 meal plan for example you will receive at least two of each menu item, to equal the 10 meals. For the 15 meal plan you will receive 3 of each menu item. If you can not eat one of the menu items please send us an email and we would be happy to accommodate.
You can store your gourmet meals for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. (please keep your refrigerator below 40 degrees) If you would like your meals to last longer, we recommend freezing your meals from day 5 forward. They will last up to a month in the freezer.
The meal container is both microwave & dishwasher-safe. Crack the lid of the container ( so the moisture stays mostly in) and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power or until your desired heat. If the meal includes a salad, we recommend heating only the protein and keeping the salad chilled. For burgers, we recommend heating the patty separately from the bun for a more enjoyable taste.
Orders

Yes, we just ask that you alert us as soon as possible via email of any changes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Subscriptions
Orders are on an automatic subscription basis. You will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally placed your order. However, you are never locked into a contract and are able to suspend or cancel at any time.
If you want to cancel the order, you need to take action before Thursday at noon to prevent any inconvenience and charges. You can do so by logging into your account selecting subscription and clicking suspend (pause) or cancel at any time. This will immediately pause your order from being charged. If your order has already gone through and you would like to cancel please reach out to us via email so that we can refund you and make sure your order is canceled.
