How does Delivery work?

You receive your purchased meal plan between 10:30 am and 3 pm at your doorstep every Sunday. Meals arrive in a reusable cold bag with ice packs to ensure they are chilled to perfection.

How do I know when my delivery is coming?

You will receive a text Saturday evening giving you a one hour window of when you should be expecting your delivery. You will also get a text once the driver is 30 minutes away from your location and finally text upon delivery confirming that your meals have in fact been delivered. We do ask that you are home for delivery arrival. However, we do pack meals in cooler bags with ice packs and are able to leave your meals at your door per request. If you want to make adjustments in your delivery, we request you to inform us by Saturday through email or phone call.
