How does Delivery work?
You receive your purchased meal plan between 10:30 am and 3 pm at your doorstep every Sunday. Meals arrive in a reusable cold bag with ice packs to ensure they are chilled to perfection.
How do I know when my delivery is coming?
You will receive a text Saturday around 1 pm giving you a one-hour time window of when you should be expecting your delivery on Sunday. You will also get a text once the driver is 30 minutes away from your location and finally text upon delivery confirming that your meals have in fact been delivered. We do ask that you are home for delivery arrival. However, we do pack meals in cooler bags with ice packs and are able to leave your meals at your door per request. If you want to make adjustments in your delivery, we request you to inform us by Saturday through email or phone call.
In which areas do you deliver?
We provide a delivery right to your home all over San Diego County. From Chula Vista all the way up to Oceanside.
There are only four menu items listed, how does that work?
We have a new four-item menu created every single week, it is not a rotating menu, it is a brand new menu based on the season, and the creative passion of our chef's. We truly want each week to be exciting and new, so we rarely have the same thing on the menu twice. You will receive duplicates of each menu item to equal the number of meals in your plan. For example, if you order the 10 Meal plan you will have at least 2 of each menu item in your package and 3 of two of the menu items to equal a total of 10 meals.
I have an allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make adjustments to my order?
Yes, we absolutely want to accommodate your needs. Upon checkout, there is a box labeled notes, please place any dietary restrictions, such as allergic to shellfish or Gluten-Free, within that box so that our Chef's can prepare your meals separately and best accommodate your needs.
