How does Delivery work?

You receive the meals between 10:30 am and 2 pm at your doorstep every Sunday. Additionally, when you proceed to checkout, there is a delivery fee based on your address location. When the driver begins the delivery route you will receive a call or text with an estimated arrival of your meals. We ask that you are home for arrival. However, we do pack meals in cooler bags with ice packs and are able to leave your meals at your door per request. If you want to make adjustments in delivery, we request you to inform us ahead of time through email or phone call. 

 

In which areas do you deliver?

We provide delivery all over San Diego County.

We also have two free pick-up locations.

1) Commercial Kitchen: 1423 N Cuyamaca Street El Cajon, 92020 Sundays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am

2) Crossfit Humanity: 4031 Pacific Hwy, San Diego CA, 92110  Sunday & Monday Pick up (check online at their business hours for the best time to pick up)

If you select pick up at checkout, please click which location you would like to have your meals picked up at.

 

When should I place my order?
You should order before 4 pm on every Thursday to get your order delivery or pickup on Sunday. If you place the order after 4 pm on Thursday, you will receive your meal delivery in the next week on Sunday

 

 Is it possible to change my order details after placing the order?

Yes, it is possible to change the order details but you need to do this as soon as possible. You can get in touch with us via email or phone call for changing your order details. 

 

Am I locked into a subscription?

Orders are on a subscription basis. You will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally placed your order. However, you are never locked into anything you are able to pause or cancel at any time.

How can I cancel/pause my order?

If you want to cancel the order, you need to take action before Thursday at noon to prevent any inconvenience and charges. You can do so by logging into your account selecting subscription and clicking suspend (pause) or cancel at any time. This will immediately pause your order from being charged.

How does the breakfast menu work?

 Our breakfast menu changes on a monthly basis, you can add the five breakfast meals to your cart once you have added a regular meal plan that includes lunch and dinner meals.  

 

 

How long can I store meals after receiving it?
We deliver freshly prepared meals to you. These meals can be refrigerated and stay good for eating for almost six to seven days. It is recommended that you put 20% of your meals in the freezer while keeping 80% in the refrigerator to ensure freshness, quality, and taste. When you have finished your refrigerated meals, take the desired amount of other meals from the freezer and keep in the fridge to defrost enjoy for the next days and continue.

Where do I find the Macros for each of my meals?

Upon delivery of your meals, each meal will have a sticker on the sleeve of your meal labeling all of the ingredients in your meal and have all the nutritional information listed so that you can easily track your macros.

Where can I purchase individual Meals & Donuts?

We have multiple locations that sell our donuts in packs of two. And Currently, One location that sells meals individually in case you wanted to give us a try! We recommend calling ahead of time to confirm that there are meals still in stock (they are going like hotcakes)
