Pan roasted jidori chicken topped with white wine mustard cream sauce served with roasted medley potatoes, and seasonal vegetables
Grilled Patuxent farms bone in pork chop topped with blackberry chutney, served with Yukon potato purée, and seasonal vegetables
Italian pistachio pesto turkey meatballs served over creamy orzo pasta salad with fried capers, dates, goat cheese, and cherry tomatoes

Our Healthy Lifestyle Family Meal Plan is specifically designed for families who want a healthy lifestyle, including foods with high-quality fresh organic ingredients, just the right portions, and delectable taste.  We believe that eating well & staying healthy is a lifestyle choice.
Our Chefs craft your Healthy Lifestyle Family meals to include:

 Each meal contains 400-550 calories

NEVER FROZEN

Our ingredients, including fresh produce and organic meats, are never frozen. Our meal packaging provides seven days of freshness when placed in a refrigerator at or below 42 degrees.

RECYCLABLE & RENEWABLE

ALL of our packaging is made from environmentally friendly materials. Each meal is packaged in a BPA-free container that is reusable, microwaveable, dishwasher safe, and, most importantly, recyclable. During transportation, we package all our Chef-crafted gourmet meals in reusable thermal insulated bags.

GIVING BACK

For every healthy Chef-crafted gourmet meal plan you purchase, we donate a meal to an individual, family, or organization in need of support in our community. Together, we have been able to contribute over 8,100 meals to the community of San Diego, and each week that number is growing!

Delivery
Place your order by Thursday at 4 pm and we deliver your freshly prepared meals on Sunday right to your door. Your meals will come in a custom cooler bag with two ice packs to help keep them fresh. Your driver will send you an automated text 30 minutes prior to arrival. There is also a link within the text to track your driver's location live.
You will receive an automated text on Saturday morning alerting you of your one-hour delivery window for Sunday. Our driver will text you 30 minutes prior to the delivery on Sunday morning to keep you updated of the status. There is a link within the text to track your driver's location live.

We deliver all over San Diego county in our commercial refrigerated vans to keep your meals at optimal freshness. From Chula Vista to Fallbrook and from Carlsbad to Ramona.

Our chef-crafted meals are delivered to you fresh and never frozen in one of our refrigerator vans with ice packs and a custom cooler bag. We recommend placing your meals inside your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain optimal freshness.

Meals

Yes, there is a five-item menu so if you were to order the 10 meal plan for example you will receive at least two of each menu item, to equal the 10 meals. For the 15 meal plan you will receive 3 of each menu item. If you can not eat one of the menu items please send us an email and we would be happy to accommodate.

You can store your gourmet meals for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. (please keep your refrigerator below 40 degrees) If you would like your meals to last longer, we recommend freezing your meals from day 5 forward. They will last up to a month in the freezer.

The meal container is both microwave & dishwasher-safe. Crack the lid of the container ( so the moisture stays mostly in) and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power or until your desired heat. If the meal includes a salad, we recommend heating only the protein and keeping the salad chilled. For burgers, we recommend heating the patty separately from the bun for a more enjoyable taste.

Orders

Yes, we just ask that you notify us via email as soon as possible about any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please do keep in mind that if you cancel your order after 4 p.m. on Thursday, a late cancellation fee of $10 will apply to cover the credit card processing fees.
Subscriptions
Orders are on an automatic subscription basis. You will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally placed your order. However, you are never locked into a contract and are able to suspend or cancel at any time.

If you need to cancel your order, please take action before Thursday at 4 p.m. to avoid any inconvenience and credit card processing fees. You can do this by logging into your account, selecting "Subscription," and clicking either "Suspend (Pause)" or "Cancel" at any time. This will stop your order from being processed.

If your order has already been processed and you still wish to cancel, please reach out to us via email so we can issue a refund and ensure your order is canceled. Please note that if you cancel or pause your order after 4 p.m. on Thursday, a late cancellation fee of $10 will apply.
